I’m happy to say that the quality of the property has not diminished in the last 3 years.  I was worried that the suites would not age well.  My biggest concern was the dry AC, but it is still good.  Still cool and dry, not cold and humid and smelling of mold.  Everything else was as we remembered and loved about the resort.

We’re already looking to our next vacation!

If you like to snorkel from the beach this is a great place to stay if you want the adults-only atmosphere.   The beach at this Bahia Principe complex is great for snorkeling!  Guests who stay at this property can use the facilities at 4 resorts in the complex.

We had a great time!   We ate at the Steak House and the Mexican restaurant.  Both were excellent.  Buffets were also very good.  Room was nice and clean with good service. Loved the liquor dispenser!  The lobby area was very different as the bars were located in the square outside and not the lobby. 

Favorite thing was the infinity pool. Absolutely gorgeous view of the beach and mountains.  Very friendly staff. 

The only negative we found was there was no transportation within the resort. If you have trouble walking this could pose a problem.  Can't wait to go back for a longer vacation!
